1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bjiliv ("bjiliv", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform available at bjiliv.net. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bjiliv platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bjiliv platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the bjiliv platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bjiliv enforces a strict minimum age of 18 for all account holders, without exception.
• You are accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of a bjiliv employee or affiliated partner.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the bjiliv platform or had an account closed for violations of these Terms.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of bjiliv services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid phone number registered in Bangladesh.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one active bjiliv account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. bjiliv uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate account activity. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, bjiliv reserves the right to close all related accounts and void any associated balances and bonuses.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bjiliv is committed to maintaining the integrity of its platform and complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. As part of this commitment, bjiliv may at any time request that you complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months confirming your residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the stated timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bjiliv login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bjiliv will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bjiliv supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. bjiliv does not accept cash deposits or payments via unverified third-party accounts.

4.1 Minimum Transaction Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳500,000 (subject to periodic review)

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–2 business hours for bKash and Nagad, and within 1–3 business days for bank transfer methods. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays (including Eid), or when additional verification is required. bjiliv is not responsible for delays caused by the player's financial institution or payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a successful deposit on your account, or to a verified account in your own name. bjiliv reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Players must wager their deposit amount at least once (1x) before a withdrawal of deposited funds (excluding bonuses) is permitted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bjiliv offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus conditions outlined in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements vary by promotion. The standard welcome bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified on the promotion page. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• bjiliv reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already accepted by eligible players.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

bjiliv employs automated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting mathematical advantages in games to meet wagering requirements, opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in games excluded from wagering contributions, and coordinating with other players to artificially meet wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, bjiliv reserves the right to void all bonus balances, cancel pending withdrawals derived from bonus play, and permanently close the accounts involved.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on bjiliv is governed by the specific game rules published within each game or betting market, in addition to these general Terms. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game or market before placing a bet.

6.1 Sportsbook

bjiliv's sportsbook covers cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or other unforeseen event, bjiliv reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on bjiliv — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and table games — use certified random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by independently audited third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined entirely by certified RNG algorithms and are not influenced by bjiliv or the game provider in favour of or against any individual player.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity issue that affects the outcome of a game or bet, bjiliv reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the player. Any winnings generated as a direct result of a confirmed technical malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out. bjiliv is not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjiliv platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, sports manipulation, or any form of insider information trading on sports betting markets.
• Using funds obtained through illegal activity to deposit on bjiliv (money laundering).
• Engaging in collusion with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other multi-player game format.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or mathematical loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions via your payment provider (chargebacks) while retaining winnings generated from the disputed funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bjiliv staff or other players via any communication channel.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bjiliv reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably determines that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• The player has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
• The player has requested voluntary self-exclusion under bjiliv's Responsible Gaming policy.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request the closure of their bjiliv account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

8.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. bjiliv may apply a monthly dormancy fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts after this period to cover maintenance costs, until the account balance reaches zero or the player reactivates their account. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bjiliv platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of bjiliv or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the bjiliv platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of bjiliv's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bjiliv and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage — arising from your use of or inability to use the bjiliv platform.

bjiliv's total cumulative liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bjiliv account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bjiliv does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time for maintenance, security, regulatory, or business reasons.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

bjiliv is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users. We collect, process, and store personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at bjiliv.net/privacy-policy.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of your data for account verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and communication relating to your account or promotions you have opted into.

bjiliv uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We implement industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your personal data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

12 Amendments to These Terms

bjiliv reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will indicate the date they take effect.

Your continued use of the bjiliv platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.1.
